Returns and Refunds

Because most materials are produced or allocated for project-specific B2B programs, returns are limited and subject to inspection.

Eligibility

Standard stocked items may be considered for return only with prior written approval, unopened condition, and clear batch traceability. Custom, converted, encoded, laminated, or project-allocated materials are generally non-returnable.

Claims Window

Visible shortage, transit damage, or quality claims should be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photos, quantity details, batch references, and carton labels.

Refund Handling

Where a claim is accepted, remedy may be replacement, credit note, or partial refund depending on root cause, inventory disposition, and contractual order terms.
