We primarily support the Philippines and Southeast Asian destinations including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with selected export projects subject to review.
Lead Times
Indicative lead times are 3 to 5 working days for sample review and 15 to 25 working days for many production orders after specification approval. Actual timing varies by product family, chip sourcing, artwork approval, and customs requirements.
Delivery Terms
Shipment mode, Incoterm alignment, export paperwork, and consignee checks are confirmed during order review. Buyers are responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, and local compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
